The Real America did not Steal from its People

What does the American Constitution call for in taxation? I promise you I have never learned this in school, college or any extra-curricular education, never. How was our federal government to be funded? (If you know write in the comments below.) Our US Constitution is amazing. It might be the most amazing governmental document after the Bible, ever written! I will write more about this in time.
